High quality alloy cast steel ball mill ring gear for mining cement
The big gear is divided into two halves, and the tooth width is y-shaped to ensure the good rigidity of the gear. Both sides of big gear flange are machined, both can match with cylinder flange, and can be used by turning around. Pinion and shaft are forged as a whole, both ends of shaft are symmetrical, both milling has keyway, can also be used for turning.
The gear is made of ZG35CrMo alloy cast steel with heat treatment hardness OF HB260 ~ 300. Pinion material is 17CrNiMo6, carburizing and hardening + grinding process, tooth surface hardness HRC57 ~ 61.
