1. Overview, basic conditions
(1) Overview
Sag mills or sag semi-autogenous mills as they are often called, can perform crushing operations equivalent to two or three stage crushing and screening. Sag mills are often used in modern concentrator grinding operations to directly produce finished particle size or prepare feed materials for downstream grinding section.
(2) Geographical and meteorological conditions
For indoor installation, the altitude is less than 1000m.
(3) Rotation of the mill
Right-hand rotation
Rotation interpretation: from the feeding end to the discharging end, the main motor is on the right.The main motor is at the discharging end.
(4) Work System
Continuous work 330d/a, 24h/d, 3 shift /d, 8h/ shift.
(5) Power Supply Conditions
Power supply: high-voltage three-phase four-wire 10kV, output voltage range 10kV±10%, low-voltage three-phase four-wire 380V, frequency 50Hz.
(6) Water Supply Conditions
Water quality: neutral and clean circulating water;Water temperature: ≤30℃;Water pressure: 0.3 ~ 0.4mpa.

Supply scope includes fully functional wet sag mill and supporting system, including sag mill body, mill drive motor, safety coupling, full set of lining plate, full set of oil lubrication system, full set of electrical (control) system, all kinds of auxiliary machines, full set of special tools, foundation bolts and base.Detailed equipment design, manufacturing, inspection, painting, packaging, delivery, training, technical services, technical data, installation and commissioning guidance, etc.

The lower end face of the bottom plate of the seller's equipment is mounted on the support base.The anchor bolts and gaskets shall be provided by the seller and shall be installed at the designated grout layer above the concrete foundation.
