1. The technical characteristics of mine hoist designed and developed by Luoyang Mining Machinery Factory and Research Institute are:
(1) The use of integral, two-flap type, four-flap type of various types of drum;
(2) Drum rope groove adopts processing spiral rope groove, folding rope groove or wood lining and plastic lining pressed spiral rope groove, steel rope transition device is set between the ropes;
(3) Using cylinder rear disc brake, electro-hydraulic joint control; Hydraulic station can be divided into two types: middle and low pressure and middle and high pressure. There are two kinds of constant braking force electric delay and hydraulic delay two-stage brake in middle and low pressure hydraulic station; Middle and high pressure hydraulic station has two forms of constant deceleration and constant braking torque secondary braking. Hydraulic station can be equipped with pressure sensor, pressure relay;
(4) Spindle and drum are connected by plane friction with large torque;
(5) Signal monitoring device composed of photoelectric encoder, self-leveling machine and low-speed Chilean tachogenerator, with overspeed, overwinding, depth indication failure, brake shoe wear, spring fatigue and other perfect monitoring and protection functions;
Bring console has integral and two forms of separate all adopt the electric meter of integrated light, reliable in performance and new type integral operation handle, and a digital depth indicator and digital and screw type depth indicates the depth indicator system as a whole, has a mesa of industrial TV or computer, printer and other special;
(6) The pulley device adopts integral or two-flap welding structure, supported by rolling bearing and friction liner with POLYvinyl chloride or nylon on the rim;
(7) Can be equipped with mine hoist network control and diagnosis system.

2. Advantages of multi-rope friction type mine hoist:
(1) The load is borne by a number of wire rope, wire rope diameter is small, equipment size is small. That is, under the same diameter specification, the lifting capacity is large;
(2) The wire rope is put on the drum, not affected by the rope capacity, suitable for deep Wells;
(3) small inertia, small energy consumption under the same output;
(4) when the tank is stuck or overrolled, it can slip to avoid breaking the wire rope;
(5) the possibility of wire rope breaking at the same time is small, without anti-drop device;
(6) The same number of left twist and right twist wire rope can be used to offset the loose twist trend, to avoid the pressure of the container ear on the tank channel;
