1. Case introduction of characteristic reducer and gear reducer gearbox
The reducer developed by our hospital features high power, low speed and heavy load, including:

Cement production line mill transmission device is a typical high-power, low-speed and heavy-duty transmission device, which can also be used in mechanical transmission under similar working conditions. The input revolution of the transmission device is not more than 1000r/min, and the ambient temperature is -10 ~ 5℃ (if the temperature is lower than -5℃ or higher than 30℃, lubricating oil heating or cooling device shall be attached). The device can be used for positive and negative operation.

3.ZJA series planetary reducer, its technical characteristics are:
(1) Two-stage gear transmission;
(2) The sun wheel and the planet wheel are made of advanced nickel-chromium steel. After carburizing and quenching heat treatment and grinding, the precision can reach GB/T10095 level 6 or above. The inner gear ring is made of advanced chromium-molybdenum steel after quenching and tempering treatment, the precision can reach GB/T10095 level 7.
(3) Using floating components and drum gear coupling to ensure the load between the planetary wheels;
(4) The transmission efficiency of the reducer is not less than 0.96;
(5) The service life of the reducer is not less than 10 years;
