2. Commonly used beneficiation equipment and beneficiation methods
(1) redistriction method
Gravity separation is based on the mineral relative density (usually called specific gravity) of the difference to separate minerals. Mineral particles of different densities are subjected to hydrodynamic and mechanical forces in moving media (water, air and heavy liquid), resulting in suitable loose stratification and separation conditions, so that mineral particles of different densities can be separated.
