3. The technical characteristics of the rod mill development and design are:
(1) The transmission forms of drum mill are edge leaflet, center transmission, multi-point meshing edge transmission and other transmission types; Drive form of induction motor + reducer + pinion + big gear and synchronous motor + air clutch + pinion + big gear;
(2) Generally, the support mode of two-terminal static and dynamic pressure bearing is adopted, and the fully enclosed self-aligning 1200 line contact 'rocker type' bearing is adopted. The static and dynamic pressure support mode of single sliding shoe, double sliding shoe or full static pressure support can also be adopted.
(3) Large open gear adopts American AGMA standard design, equipped with a reliable sealing gear cover, equipped with glycerin automatic spray lubrication device;

(1) Rod mill: specifications from φ1.5x3.0 ~ φ3.5x5.8m, effective volume of 4.6 ~ 60.7m3 of various configurations of a variety of specifications;
(2) Coal water slurry rod mill: used for the preparation of coal water slurry for Texaco gas production in the chemical industry. Specifications range from φ3.2x4.5 to φ4.0x6.7m, with a maximum effective volume of 77.6m3;
