1. Luo mine ball mill of Ore Grinding Mill specifications and models are as follows:
(1) Overflow type ball mill: specifications from φ1.5x3.0 ~ φ8x13m, effective volume 7.5 ~ 194.3m3 of various configurations of a variety of specifications;
(2) Lattice ball mill: specifications from φ1.2x2.4 ~ φ4x14m, the effective volume is 2.2 ~ 157m3 of various configurations of a variety of specifications;
2. The technical characteristics of ball mill of Ore Grinding Mill:
(1) Cylinder mill adopts the transmission form of edge flyers, center transmission, multi-point meshing edge transmission and other transmission types; The driving form is asynchronous motor + reducer + pinion + big gear and synchronous motor + air clutch + pinion + big gear;
(2) The general use of two static and dynamic pressure bearing support mode, the use of fully enclosed self-alcolating 1200 line contact 'rocker type' bearings, can also use single sliding track, double sliding track static and dynamic pressure support or full static pressure support;
(3) Large open gear adopts American AGMA standard design, equipped with a reliable sealing gear housing, with automatic spray lubrication device glycerin;
(4) Cylinder is the key part of the mill. Finite element analysis is carried out by computer to ensure the reliability of its use.
(5) Large and medium-sized mill equipped with slow driving device;
(6) Large and medium-sized mill equipped with high and low pressure lubrication station;
(7) Control and protection system adopts PLC control.
