. Basic introduction of rotary kiln for active lime production(Cement rotary kiln)

Lime rotary kiln, also known as drum rotary kiln, has advanced structure and reliable scale seals at both ends of the rotary kiln. Make the air leakage coefficient less than 10% and use composite refractory materials to reduce radiant heat loss.

Taking a 750T/D production line as an example, it can save 5,198 tons of standard coal per year, 1.24 million kWh of electricity per year, and 150,000 tons of waste per year. At the same time, the use of active lime in steelmaking can reduce various consumptions and shorten the smelting time.

A single production line with a daily output of 750 tons can save 5,198 tons of standard coal and 1.24 million kWh of electricity every year. The 1,000-ton daily active lime technology can reduce the overall energy consumption of the system by 12-15%. Equipment is widely used in steel, magnesium metal, calcium carbide, alumina, paper and other industries.

. Rotary kiln technology for active lime production(Cement rotary kiln)

The active lime production line is mainly composed of vertical preheater, rotary kiln and vertical cooler, three main hosts, waste gas treatment system and pulverized coal preparation system.

The crushed and qualified limestone is stored in the silo, and the material is transported into the silo at the top of the preheater through the conveying system. In the top silo of the preheater, the feeding amount is controlled by the upper and lower level gauges, and then the limestone is evenly distributed into each room of the preheater through the feeding pipe.

After the limestone is heated by the high temperature flue gas at the kiln tail in the preheater, it is pushed into the rotary kiln by the hydraulic push rod. The incoming cold air is cooled and discharged. The preheated secondary air enters the kiln, and the exhaust gas at the kiln tail is discharged through exhaust gas treatment.

. Technical characteristics of rotary kiln for active lime production(Cement rotary kiln)

(1) The vertical preheater with advanced structure and low pressure loss can effectively improve the preheating effect. The decomposition rate of the preheated limestone into the kiln can reach 20-25%, and the fine-grained limestone of 10-50mm can be used;

(2) Reliable combined scale seal at both ends of the rotary kiln, so that the air leakage coefficient is less than 10%, and composite refractory lining is used to reduce radiant heat loss;

(3) Circular or square vertical coolers with filling type and zonal ventilation, so that the temperature of limestone out of the cooler is 80°C + ambient temperature, which is convenient for transportation and storage, and can preheat the secondary air entering the kiln Above 700°C, moving parts and special materials are reduced.
