4-35 Brick making machine is a small brick making machine equipment, its unique structure, the use of control system. In addition to the frame itself, the suspension and connection parts of the whole machine are using springs. Vibration molding not only to achieve the indenter, mold box, mold core and support plate vibration under the four tubes, to ensure the product of high compactness and uniformity, and stable operation, low noise, to achieve good vibration reduction effect. All kinds of size brick type can be done, can replace the mold.
Brick making machine raw materials: slag, sand, gravel, aluminum red slag, electrolytic copper slag, coal gangue, construction waste, fly ash, cinder and other raw materials. Rich raw materials, can be seen everywhere, investment plant, extremely convenient.
Production process of brick making machine: Raw materials (40% stone powder, 40% sand, 10% cement, 10%-15% moisture) are evenly mixed by the mixer, transported to the hopper of the main engine by conveyor belt, dropped to the mold of the main engine by the blanking wrench switch, and then formed by the control cabinet. After forming, the finished products are transported to the drying site by the supporting fork brick car.
