Compared with low-speed hydraulic winches, high-speed hydraulic motor-driven hydraulic winches have higher transmission efficiency and better energy-saving effects.

Flexible changes in technical parameters, reasonable matching, and ample room for selection: The speed ratio parameters of the reducer can be reasonably selected according to different loads and speeds, achieving optimal matching of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor parameters. The variable pump variable motor speed regulation method is adopted (low-speed hydraulic motors cannot), which can achieve light load high-speed and heavy load low-speed operating conditions, fully utilizing the equipment's capabilities. Compared with the low-speed hydraulic motor scheme, the tension or speed can be increased under the same power; Under the same maximum tension and maximum speed, the installed power can be reduced, which can save energy.
The working conditions and environment suitable for the product:
The host should be used in an environment with a temperature range of 5 ℃ to 40 ℃, and the electronic control system should be used in an environment with an altitude not exceeding 1500 meters (special orders can be placed above 1500 meters) and a relative humidity of not more than 95% (25 ℃) in the surrounding air. It must be able to prevent water and liquids from entering the interior of the electrical appliance and be used in an environment without severe vibration or corrosive gases. In addition, other conditions specified in the user manual of the individual equipment manufacturer should also be met.
