High-Efficiency Three Filter Belt Type Concentrated Filter Press
The three-filter belt concentrator and dehydrator is an efficient sludge treatment equipment. It achieves integrated concentration and dehydration of sludge through the coordinated operation of three filter cloths. It is widely used in municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment stations and other scenarios.
Features
Multi-layer filter cloth synergy: Three filter cloths operate simultaneously to remove free water and bound water through gravity dehydration and multi-stage pressing (low → medium → high pressure) to form a high-dry mud cake.
Automated operation: Equipped with automatic vibration drainage, elastic cleaning system and pneumatic correction device, it supports continuous 24-hour automatic operation and reduces manual intervention.
Structural design optimization: The wedge-shaped pre-pressure zone is combined with the "S"-shaped pressing section to increase the pressure to improve dehydration efficiency; the extra-large diameter drainage roller design reduces the risk of mud runoff.
